90-day limited filter warranty

XINGDU USA INC provides the original purchaser a 90-day limited warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship in the air filters we sell. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will replace the filter or refund its purchase price if a suitable replacement is unavailable. We cover reasonable shipping needed to resolve a covered claim.

What is covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, media assembly or bonding. Normal dust loading, clogging, wear, unsuitable operating conditions, incorrect sizing, misuse, improper installation and unauthorized alterations are not covered. This is not a guarantee of filter service life, indoor air quality, medical protection, compatibility or an independently certified filtration rating.

How to request service

Contact us with your order number, product and size, description of the issue, and photographs if available. Keep the product for inspection and request instructions before returning it. Any manufacturer warranty is separate and applies only where supplied in writing. Masks, respiratory cartridges and prototype projects are quotation-only; their specific terms will be provided before purchase. This limited warranty does not restrict any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
