This website is operated by XINGDU USA INC. Prices are in US dollars and apply to the stated sales unit. Taxes and shipping are shown before payment. Product selection, quantity, delivery terms and any special requirements form part of your order. A quotation request is not an order and does not charge your payment method. Quotes specify validity, lead time and any minimum quantity.

Product fit and specifications

Check your equipment requirements and actual filter dimensions before ordering. Nominal dimensions are labeled and can differ from actual measurements. Photographs illustrate the indicated product family; selected configuration and written specifications govern what is supplied. Supplier efficiency classifications are not represented as interchangeable or independently certified unless the corresponding documentation is supplied. Prototype mask information describes development work and is not a claim of approved respiratory or medical protection.

Acceptance, changes and cancellations

An automated receipt acknowledges a request or payment; shipment follows confirmation of the selected item and availability. We will contact you before accepting a material change in price, specifications or delivery. You may request cancellation before dispatch. Made-to-order work may have cancellation terms disclosed and agreed before production. If we cannot fulfill a paid order and no alternative is accepted, we refund the unfulfilled amount.

Service and rights

Our shipping, returns, privacy and written warranty policies form part of the purchase information. Do not misuse the website or submit unlawful material.
