Shipping from California

Orders ship from our El Monte, California location. Standard domestic shipping is $8 per order, with free standard shipping on eligible merchandise subtotals of $70 or more after discounts and before tax. Express shipping is $15 where offered at checkout. Custom, oversized, bulk and inquiry-only orders receive a separate written shipping quotation before payment.

Processing and delivery

In-stock standard orders normally leave our facility within 2–3 business days after payment and order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination; Express describes the shipping service and does not waive processing time. Tracking and the carrier estimate are sent when the order ships. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Enter a complete deliverable US address at checkout. International destinations, freight, special access requirements and rush deadlines require a quotation. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund. No backorder substitution without your approval.

Delivery issues

Please retain the packaging and contact us promptly about damage, loss or an incorrect shipment. Photos help us arrange a replacement or refund. Reporting quickly helps the carrier investigation and does not limit your legal rights.
