30-day returns for standard filters

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for standard filters that are unused, uninstalled and in their original protective packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us first for return instructions and a return authorization. Do not ship a return without these instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change of mind or a size selected incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays return shipping. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law. We charge no restocking fee for an eligible return. For our error, a defective item or shipping damage, we cover reasonable return shipping and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If an exchange is needed, contact us so the correct size can be arranged.

Exceptions

Custom-cut, made-to-order or specially configured items are not returnable for change of mind after production starts. Used or installed filters and opened masks or respiratory cartridges are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These exceptions do not remove remedies for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, or any non-waivable legal rights. Terms for inquiry-only products are provided before an order is accepted.
